In het zuidwesten van Frankrijk, in het departement Lot, in de wijnstreek Cahors, aan de rand van een charmant dorp. 35 km van Cahors, 25 km van Toulouse.

Algemene beschrijving

Het pand is een eeuwenoude Manoir de oever van de rivier de Lot, in een domein van 3,7 hectare. De Manoir is omgeven door een oase van groen, water en rust. Het gelijkvloers, de kelder is verdeeld in een wijnkelder, opslagplaats voor boten met uitgang naar de rivier, een atelier en de poolhouse met vernieuwd zuiveringssysteem op basis van zout. U komt binnen via het terras in een stijlvolle inkom met links een vestiaire en rechts een toilet. Verder komt u in een grote woonruimte onderverdeeld in een keuken met eiland, een eetplaats en een salon met een grote openhaard in het midden. Parketvloer en mooie plafond à la française. Doordat je hier wat hoger zit en aan beide kanten grote ramen hebt is er in deze ruimte prachtig licht en prachtig zicht op de rivier. De eerste slaapkamer bevind zich in een kapel met prachtige gewelfd plafond. Een privé badkamer. De tweede slaapkamer is een suite met een ruime zithoek op het tweede verdiep, een aparte slaapkamer en privé badkamer met douche. Zicht op de rivier. In de toren is er een slaapgelegenheid voor 4 personen (2 grote bedden op het eerste en tweede verdiep), een victoriaanse badkamer met bad, dubbele wastafel en toilet. Uniek zicht op de omgeving en de rivier. De restauratie en afwerking van dit huis is zeer kwalitatief, zo hebben alle ramen binnenluiken, werden de trappen hersteld met authentieke stenen. De oude Pigeonnier werd volledig omgebouwd tot een comfortabel accommodatie met keuken - leefruimte, badkamer, bergruimte en wasruimte, een bureau en 2 slaapkamers.
