After working in the French real estate world for over 15 years, I discovered how difficult it is for smaller agencies to gain visibility among foreign buyers. At the same time, I felt a growing need to be less dependent on constant fieldwork, while simultaneously wanting to continue using my experience, network, and market knowledge in a different way.
This is how IKZOEKEENHUISINFRANKRIJK.nl came into existence: a platform that connects Dutch-speaking buyers directly with reliable, often hidden, agencies in France.

Our Mission
Our mission is simple: to help good, small-scale agencies become visible in the Dutch market. Not every real estate agent has large advertising budgets or international marketing at their disposal, even though they often possess the most beautiful properties and the best local knowledge. We believe in connection, trust, and bringing supply and demand together. By combining experience, visibility, and a strong network, we aim to create opportunities for both agents and buyers who dream of a life in France.
